Penová čokoládová torta


















450 g horkej čokolády polámanej na kúsky
450 g masla posekaného na kocky
200 g práškového cukru
8 vajec
250g sladkej smotany

Čokoládová poleva:
175 g horkej čokolády
30 g masla
3 PL mlieka
2 PL zlatého sirupu - môžme ho nahradiť svetlým ( lipovým, agátovým) medom s pridaním vanilínovej esencie

300 ml smotany na šlahanie


1. Rúru vyhrejeme na 180 °C. Tortovú formu s priemerom 23 cm vymastíme tukom.

2. Vo väčšsej nádobe na miernom ohni roztopíme čokoládu, maslo, cukor a sladkú smotanu. Občas premiešame. Zmes musí byť celkom hladká.

3. Vo veľkej mise metličkou rozšľaháme vajcia a pomaly do nich za stáleho šľahania prilievame teplú čokoládovú zmes. Takto pripravenú zmes rovnomerne vylejeme do tortovej formy.

4. Pečieme asi 45 minút. Korpus je hotový, ak nôž zapichnutý do hĺbky asi 5 cm ostáva po vytiahnutí čistý.


5. Korpus vyberieme z rúry a necháme vychladnúť. Po vychladnutí opatrne odstraníme obvod tortovej formy. Tortu prikryjeme a aspoň na 6 hodín dáme chladiť do chladničky.

6. Čokoládová poleva: V kovovej panvici roztopíme čokoládu s maslom, občas premiešame, až kým sa čokoláda celkom nerozpustí. Nádobu odstavíme a do polevy zašľaháme mlieko a zlatý sirup.


7. Vychladnutú tortu natrieme teplou čokoládou.

8. Vyšľaháme hustú šlahačku a tortu ňou ozdobíme.
Tortu skladujeme v chladničke.
