225 g masla
440 g hnedého cukru
1 ČL vanilky
1/2 ČL soli
2 vajcia
1 ČL sódy
1/4 hrnčeka vriacej vody
260 g ovsenej múky
260 g polohrubej múky
1. Mixérom vyšľahajte maslo izbovej teploty, hnedý cukor, vanilku, soľ a vajcia.
2. Vo vriacej vode rozmiešajte sódu a pridajte k maslovej hmote.
3. Pridávajte postupne oba druhy múky, najprv ručne potom ešte na minútku vyšľaháme mixérom.
4. Podľa chuti pridáme hrozienka, čokoládu, oriešky. Lyžičkou naberáme na plech pokrytý papierom na pečenie. Nabratú guličku "nesčapneme" na placku. Hmota sa sama rozpustí na placku vďaka prítomnosti masla.
5. Pečieme na 200°C asi 12 minút. Pri vyberaní z rúry sú ešte úplne mäkké.
6. Z tejto dávky vyjdú asi tri tucty cookies.
